About the role
ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a strong Operations Manager to lead our Residential Restoration Division across two branch locations.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day restoration operations, leading production crews, driving job profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across the division. You'll oversee field teams, work closely with project managers and customers, and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, takes ownership of results, and knows how to build accountability within a team.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage production crews and field operations
- Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
- Monitor labor efficiency and job profitability
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
- Partner with project managers and leadership to achieve operational goals
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Oversee operations across two branch locations with support from an Assistant Operations Manager
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Previous Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Self-driven with a high level of accountability
- Understanding of labor management, job costing, and basic P&L concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team-first mentality and positive attitude
- Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or other trade/service industries is highly desirable but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year
