This role sits at the core of a data-driven culture, where insights and analytics directly shape product decisions and business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support growth and operational efficiency. The position involves building scalable data pipelines, developing dashboards, and supporting predictive and analytical models that empower decision-making. You will contribute to the evolution of self-service analytics, enabling stakeholders to independently access and interpret data. - Build, maintain, and evolve scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures to support business analytics needs.
- Develop predictive models and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making processes.
- Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker and other BI tools, ensuring usability and performance.
- Support business teams with ad hoc analyses and ensure the effectiveness of a self-service data culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Contribute to ongoing AI and advanced analytics initiatives, supporting early-stage development efforts.
- Ensure documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement of data models, reports, and pipelines.
- Share knowledge and support the technical development of the analytics team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related areas.
- Strong experience with AWS data ecosystem (S3, EMR, Spark, Redshift).
- Solid hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering tasks.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Looker or similar BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have: experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or applied machine learning techniques.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
