• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures to support business analytics needs.
• Develop predictive models and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making processes.
• Create, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker and other BI tools, ensuring usability and performance.
• Support business teams with ad hoc analyses and ensure the effectiveness of a self-service data culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Contribute to ongoing AI and advanced analytics initiatives, supporting early-stage development efforts.
• Ensure documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement of data models, reports, and pipelines.
• Share knowledge and support the technical development of the analytics team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related areas.
• Strong experience with AWS data ecosystem (S3, EMR, Spark, Redshift).
• Solid hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering tasks.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Looker or similar BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or applied machine learning techniques.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.
