  • Oversee development of configurable frameworks, APIs, and platform primitives supporting agentic workflows
  • Translate product vision and business strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps and delivery plans
  • Drive platform scalability, performance, and reliability across distributed, high-scale environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Guide engineering best practices, system design standards, and architectural decisions
  • Foster innovation in AI-driven systems, including agent orchestration and workflow intelligence
  • Ensure successful execution of large-scale platform initiatives and continuous modernization efforts
  • Mentor engineering leaders and teams, building a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence
Requirements

This role requires a seasoned engineering leader with deep experience in large-scale systems, platform development, and emerging AI/agentic technologies.

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and platform development in high-scale environments
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
  • Strong background in AI systems, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled platform architecture
  • Experience building scalable frameworks, APIs, and multi-system distributed platforms
  • Deep understanding of complex data systems such as search, knowledge graphs, or marketplaces
  • Experience with context engineering, system orchestration, or AI integration patterns (preferred)
  • Strong product and technical leadership with ability to align engineering execution to business strategy
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable system design
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
Benefits

The position offers a highly competitive and comprehensive rewards package designed to support career growth, well-being, and long-term success.

  • Performance-based bonus and/or commission eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution (401k match)
