This position is ideal for a systems-oriented product leader who enjoys solving operational problems, leveraging AI-driven tools, and driving measurable business outcomes through technology. You will have significant influence over product strategy, platform reliability, and the future growth of the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Own and drive the roadmap for backend platforms, operational systems, and technical infrastructure that support business growth and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements for APIs, integrations, data pipelines, internal tools, and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Translate complex business challenges and operational needs into clear product specifications, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, enhanced data quality, workflow optimization, and system reliability improvements.
  • Develop success metrics, monitoring frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to ensure system performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives focused on communication platforms, including call routing, messaging workflows, logging, attribution, consent management, and communication visibility.
  • Enhance lead ingestion and partner integration processes through improved validation, routing, normalization, deduplication, and integration health monitoring.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate research, product discovery, documentation, analysis, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to align technical investments with business objectives and customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products, operational systems, integrations, or backend platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend architectures, data flows, third-party integrations, and engineering trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to design scalable solutions that replace manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand interconnected workflows, data dependencies, and organizational processes.
  • Experience defining product requirements, success metrics, MVPs, and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance product management workflows and decision-making.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating specifications, business cases, decision documents, and product briefs.
  • Sound business judgment with the ability to connect technical improvements to revenue growth, operational efficiency, quality improvements, and risk reduction.
  • Experience with communication platforms, contact center technologies, telecom systems, or partner integration ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with lead routing systems, data quality initiatives, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience within marketplace, real estate, fintech, or partner-driven business environments is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and regulatory frameworks related to communications compliance is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $300,000, including bonus and equity opportunities.
  • Fully remote work flexibility across the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • 18 days of paid time off, increasing with tenure, plus 10 paid company holidays.
  • Annual professional development budget to support learning, certifications, and career growth.
  • Paid sabbatical opportunities tied to significant tenure milestones.
  • Exclusive homeownership-related benefits and perks.
  • Work-from-home stipend to support a productive remote workspace.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
