Requirements:Essential Job Functions:
- Functional Testing of completed units: verifying performance of Ethernet ports, CAN/LIN interfaces, USB, LEDs, and other key features using diagnostic tools and software.
- Final Assembly of electronic products: installing printed circuit boards into protective enclosures, attaching connectors, membranes, labeling, and preparing for final testing.
- Burn-in Testing: executing stress tests to validate hardware reliability and robustness. Documentation: logging test results, reporting defects, and providing feedback to engineering and production teams to improve product quality continuously.
- Collaboration: working with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support smooth product flow and continuous improvement.
Skills:
- Experience performing functional tests and burn-in procedures on electronic hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and test documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established procedures.
- Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software in a production environment.
- A team-player mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to build high-quality, innovative products.
