- Translate marketing and business performance data into insights tied to revenue, acquisition, and profitability outcomes
- Analyze channel and campaign performance against forecasts to identify optimization and growth opportunities
- Build, validate, and maintain statistical models and analytical frameworks using large-scale datasets
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure data integrity while developing insights that support strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with marketing, credit, and cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven initiatives
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance trends and business insights
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis and problem-solving
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative role
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services, lending, banking, or fintech is a strong plus
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with diverse teams
