Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Acquisitions Field Coordinator to spearhead the inspection and pre-acquisition phases of our property acquisition pipeline. In this role, you will leverage AI inspection software to conduct onsite evaluations, uncover property risks, and deliver accurate scopes of work to support underwriting and negotiations. As the vital link between our acquisitions and construction team, you will also manage pre-closing walkthroughs, oversee weather-related risk assessments, and lead vendor walkthroughs to secure committed pricing and project timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough onsite evaluations of potential acquisitions using AI inspection software to define project scope of work, undercover hidden conditions, and identify potential risks of prospective acquisition properties.
- Deliver clear, accurate scopes of work to the acquisitions team in a timely manner to support purchase negotiations, underwriting, and due diligence efforts.
- Conduct final walkthroughs before closing to ensure property is vacant and document property condition.
- Complete inspections after major weather events on all properties in the acquisition phase documenting damage and reporting to the acquisitions manager.
- Lead pre-construction walkthroughs with vendors to verify scope details, lock in pricing, and set clear, committed project timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety procedures.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong reliability and punctuality—this role depends on consistency.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures (winterization, inspections, vacancy checks).
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for photos, documentation, and navigation.
- Strong communication skills—clear reporting of property conditions and issues.
- High attention to detail when documenting property status, hazards, or damage.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Clean, professional conduct when entering properties or interacting with vendors.
Education and/or Experience
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
- Familiarity with residential building components (HVAC shutoffs, water lines, breakers, etc.).
- Experience with light labor or small tool usage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to emergency or storm-related needs.
