Our technology powers a more sustainable future and our people make that possible. We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator who thrives on organization, creativity, and making things happen. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the Director of Marketing, helping transform ideas into execution across campaigns, events, and global initiatives. This position is onsite at our Bulk Handling Systems Head Quarters in Eugene Oregon.

What You’ll DoEvent Planning & Coordination (30%)
  • Plan and manage tradeshows and industry events from start to finish
  • Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, vendors, and timelines
  • Handle attendee registrations, travel, and accommodations
  • Partner with global teams (including Europe) on event execution
  • Deliver pre- and post-event reports to leadership
Project & Administrative Coordination (40%)
  • Track marketing projects, requests, and timelines across teams
  • Build and improve SOPs, templates, and marketing processes
  • Organize and maintain file systems across platforms
  • Manage budgets and track spending by project
  • Compile updates, insights, and reporting for leadership presentations
Content & Creative Support (15%)
  • Assist with press releases, articles, and marketing copy
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and posting
  • Support design ideation
  • Help develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate production of company newsletters
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
  • Partner with HR, Sales, Service, and Proposals teams on communications and materials
  • Support internal campaigns, recruiting content, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with marketing assets, presentations, and documentation updates
Strategy & Growth (5%)
  • Contribute to annual marketing planning and goals
  • Turn insights and research into actionable initiatives
  • Keep the big picture in mind while driving day-to-day execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
    • Project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Interest in creative tools like Canva or Adobe products
  • Event or tradeshow planning experience is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage timelines (Gantt charts, calendars, etc.)
