Location: Waunakee, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
D&S Dental Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Dental Milling Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining advanced CAD/CAM milling equipment used to manufacture high-quality dental restorations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMilling Operations- Prepare, schedule, and manage milling jobs according to production priorities.
- Operate CNC milling equipment used in the fabrication of dental restorations.
- Monitor milling processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality results.
- Load materials, tools, and digital files according to production specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise.
- Inspect milled restorations for accuracy, fit, and overall quality.
- Identify defects and communicate concerns promptly.
- Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding workflow and case status.
- Assist with cross-training opportunities between Milling, Greenware, and other production departments as needed.
- Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with advancements in milling technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Contribute ideas that improve workflow, quality, and efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- CNC milling experience
- Dental laboratory experience
- CAD/CAM or digital manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing or production experience
