This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Sr. Consultant, Revenue Cloud based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce consulting, revenue operations, and business transformation, focusing on helping organizations modernize and optimize their Quote-to-Cash processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and invoicing capabilities. The position requires a strong blend of functional consulting expertise and hands-on configuration skills within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. Operating in a collaborative, client-facing environment, you will help drive strategic improvements in pricing, quoting, and revenue operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for a consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges with Salesforce technology and emerging AI-driven tools.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications aligned with Revenue Cloud capabilities.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes and solution flows using tools such as Lucidchart to support alignment between technical and business teams.
- Build and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, invoicing, product catalog management, and transaction workflows under architectural guidance.
- Analyze existing Quote-to-Cash processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements across pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and senior leadership to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Support integration testing and validation across Salesforce and external systems such as billing, payment, and contract management platforms.
- Contribute to ongoing solution improvements, documentation, and post-launch optimization to ensure long-term scalability and performance.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation roles, with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related Quote-to-Cash solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce solutions and working across the full delivery lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes including pricing, quoting, invoicing, and order management in enterprise environments.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders effectively.
- Salesforce certifications such as Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex workflows.
