In this role, you will play a key part in shaping a seamless global onboarding experience for new employees within a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will ensure that every stage of the onboarding journey is compliant, accurate, and efficiently executed across multiple regions and stakeholders. Acting as a critical operational link, you will coordinate employment documentation, support employee queries, and maintain high-quality data standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as payroll, mobility, benefits, and lifecycle operations. This is a highly dynamic role where process improvement, automation, and operational excellence are actively encouraged. It is ideal for someone who thrives in global, asynchronous environments and enjoys building scalable people operations systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full onboarding lifecycle for international employees, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth employee experience while coordinating across multiple teams.
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding operations, including employment documentation, verification, and preparation of compliant onboarding packages
- Ensure timely execution of onboarding processes while responding to employee and stakeholder queries with clarity and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Payroll, Mobility, Benefits, and Lifecycle to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
- Maintain accurate employee data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Support audits, reporting, and data quality initiatives to strengthen operational reliability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
You bring strong operational experience and a solid understanding of employment processes, ideally within global or fast-scaling environments. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed teams.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, people operations, HR operations, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of employment contracts and legally binding HR documentation
- Experience managing onboarding or employee lifecycle processes with strict deadlines and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills in English, with excellent written clarity and documentation ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments with shifting priorities
- Experience managing data accuracy, reporting, and knowledge/content management systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset with exposure to automation or AI-enabled workflows considered a plus
