  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on backlog refinement, sprint planning, story elaboration, and acceptance of completed work.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and objective-setting activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
  • Develop deep expertise in medical imaging workflows, digital healthcare solutions, and associated product capabilities.
  • Work with operations, support, and customer-facing teams to triage production issues, prioritize enhancements, and improve customer experiences.
  • Ensure privacy, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements are incorporated into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery standards.
  • Support integration initiatives, process improvements, and platform enhancements that drive scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define features, refine priorities, and contribute to long-term product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and SAFe methodologies, with hands-on experience managing product backlogs and Agile delivery processes.
  • Proven ability to create detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize competing requirements effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with distributed, international, or nearshore engineering teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, health information management, medical records exchange, or related healthcare workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with medical imaging technologies and workflows, including PACS, DICOM, image exchange, or similar solutions, is strongly preferred.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred and required within six months of hire if not already obtained.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements, healthcare privacy regulations, and data security best practices is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative healthcare technology products with meaningful industry impact.
  • Collaborative Agile work environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams, strategic initiatives, and product leadership opportunities.
  • Ongoing certification and professional development support.
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote collaboration.
  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing and evolving organization.
