Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service. This position involves cleaning and maintaining residential spaces during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom disinfection.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the standards set by Ashland Cleaning.
Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
Report issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work independently or as a team.

Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and withstand repetitive motions.
Reliable transportation to job sites is highly preferred.
Applicants should be comfortable working in homes with pets, as clients may have dogs, cats, or other animals present during scheduled cleanings.

Employment Details:
Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: 2-6 hour shifts.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour starting wage
Benefits: Paid orientation, monthly bonuses, bonus holidays
