• Analyze user behavior, business performance, and system or feature efficiency to identify new opportunities and actionable insights.

• Conduct quantitative investigations alongside business teams, validating problems and providing evidence to support prioritization and decision-making.

• Help business teams define and structure relevant KPIs, including automating their calculation and visualization.

• Monitor key metrics, investigate variations and trends, and apply the appropriate dimensions and analytical approaches to each indicator.

• Collect and analyze market data, including industry trends and competitor information, to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the team's testing and experimentation framework, including A/B testing initiatives.

• Help establish and disseminate data foundations, enabling business teams to consume information independently, securely, and effectively.

• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate analysis into practical recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree completed in a relevant field.

• Previous experience in data analysis and KPI management, preferably within digital businesses or technology-driven environments.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate business questions using quantitative data.

• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Practical proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis and exploration.

• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing.

• Interest in Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised models.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams and communicate analytical findings clearly.
