As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring software products are reliable, accurate, and ready for client use. You will be responsible for testing SaaS applications, identifying defects, and helping development teams deliver high-quality releases with confidence. Working in a fast-moving software environment, you will combine hands-on testing expertise with strong attention to detail and effective collaboration. Your work will help prevent issues from reaching customers while supporting consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited to an experienced QA professional who can work independently and contribute meaningfully to software delivery.

• Test SaaS software products to verify functionality, reliability, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Identify, document, and help track software defects and issues before they reach clients.
• Support development teams in resolving quality issues and preparing reliable software releases.
• Perform hands-on quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate expected behavior and ensure software meets requirements.
• Use Jira and Postman as part of testing, issue tracking, and API-related quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to maintaining consistent testing and quality practices across software products.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in Software Quality Assurance.
• At least 2 years of experience working as an individual contributor.
• Hands-on experience testing SaaS software.
• Experience working in SaaS software development environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving software issues.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with software development teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
