This role provides integrated planning and scheduling leadership for large-scale construction programs, with a focus on complex data center projects. You will develop and manage detailed schedules that connect milestones, dependencies, resources, costs, risks, and change impacts. Using advanced CPM methodologies, you will identify critical path issues, assess schedule performance, and develop mitigation and recovery strategies. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, project controls teams, and senior stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with project objectives. The role combines technical scheduling expertise with executive communication, stakeholder coordination, and proactive problem-solving. It offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure programs while working across remote, onsite, and office environments.

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling activities for large-scale data center construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
• Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques to evaluate schedule logic, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend mitigation or recovery strategies.
• Partner with client teams, project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and delivery partners to align planning and scheduling activities with execution requirements.
• Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across project controls, cost management, risk management, change management, and project delivery functions.
• Evaluate schedule performance, identify delivery gaps and emerging issues, and drive appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule updates, executive dashboards, governance materials, and leadership-ready reporting tailored to different audiences.
• Connect schedule performance with cost, risk, and change impacts as part of integrated project controls.
• Facilitate planning workshops, schedule reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Escalate critical path concerns, schedule risks, and execution blockers while supporting accountable resolution.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium- to large-scale capital programs.
• Experience planning capital projects valued at approximately $500 million to $2 billion or more, preferably in data center construction or similarly complex, process-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, schedule health analysis, schedule risk analysis, and recovery planning.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends and impacts, and communicate practical mitigation strategies.
• Experience supporting integrated project controls, including cost, risk, change management, governance, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex schedule information into concise leadership-level summaries.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across clients, project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Data center design and construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis and related planning or risk management tools is a plus.
• Experience with executive reporting, recovery planning, schedule governance, forensic schedule reviews, or critical path assessments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Primavera Analytics, or other schedule visualization and reporting platforms is a plus.
