Based at our Margate office, youll also spend plenty of time out in the community - building referral networks, creating new opportunities and helping people understand how Dovida can support them to live well at home.

Key responsibilities

A relationship-driven, consultative sales role where youll represent Dovida in the community.

• Identify new referral opportunities and build strong relationships
• Promote Dovida and build trust with referral partners and the community
• Conduct calls, meetings and presentations to educate others about our services
• Attend and organise local networking and community events
• Maintain referral relationships, records and activity targets
• Work with the team to identify opportunities and drive growth

Youll initially build your knowledge of Dovida, Salesforce, My Aged Care and our enquiry-to-conversion process in the office before transitioning to a more community-focused role building networks, making connections and nurturing relationships.

About you

• Confident representing Dovida in the community
• A current drivers licence holder

Experience in business development, sales or consultative selling is important. Aged care or experience working with seniors is desirable, but above all, were looking for someone who brings the right values, personality and ability to connect with people.
