Job Description:
Responsible for conducting pre-drill meetings prior to the start of drilling activities. This person ensures that the drilling crew, project managers, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel understand the project scope, safety requirements, site conditions, and work expectations before drilling begins.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-drill meetings with project personnel.Review the project scope, drilling locations, planned depths, and work sequence.Review site-specific safety requirements and potential hazards.Confirm utility clearance, access requirements, and site logistics.Review drilling methods, equipment, and any special project requirements.Discuss environmental, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.Identify potential issues or hazards before work begins and communicate corrective actions.Document meeting attendance, topics discussed, and any project-specific concerns.Communicate project changes or concerns to the appropriate project manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in construction or field operations required.Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices.Ability to communicate clearly with project management.Ability to identify potential hazards and address concerns before work begins.Familiarity with drilling equipment, procedures, and project documentation preferred.Strong organizational skills.
