Inside Sales Support in Teterboro, New Jersey at Kensington Management Resources LLC

The Inside Sales Support is responsible for timely execution of order writing to successfully achieve customer’s needed requests. The position will support the senior sales team, while also servicing new and existing customers who call in to place orders. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Responding to customer requests for quotes in a timely fashion, via phone, email, and chat.
• Writing rental orders in rental sales.
• Quoting approved pricing, preparing contracts, and assisting customers through any customer paperwork.
• Closing rental orders that have been shipped and received by customer, or back in warehouse.
• Report on lost sales activity and supply suggestions for future equipment needs.
• Assist customers with any disputes or equipment issues.
• Utilize creativity to propose solutions for customer’s needs, based on available inventory levels.
• Build a strong knowledge of our inventory and customer base.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, PHYSICAL AND KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• One to Three years (1-3) of previous entertainment industry sales experience is preferred, specifically in the Eastern region of the United States.
• Strong knowledge of inside sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
