All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institutionExperience in medication safety, drug information, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy practiceActive pharmacist license in the state of OhioCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)Completion of a Board of Pharmacy-approved immunization administration course or certification within 90 days of hire
