Who we're looking for
Syon Capital is seeking a Marketing and Executive Coordinator to support our team across three key areas: marketing and brand visibility, general office management and executive support for our Founder and CEO. This is a perfect role for an early-career professional with a growth path to a full-time position.
Position details
- Duration: 8-to-10 weeks
- Schedule: Part-time Monday through Thursday, in office, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $38/hour
- Location: San Francisco, CA
What you'll do
- Manage the firm’s submissions for Barron’s Advisor Awards—track deadlines, gather and organize required data, and complete survey questionnaires
- Create and implement the firm’s LinkedIn and social media strategy to build visibility
- Plan and execute client events including budget management, venue selection, guest lists, invitations, and day-of logistics
- Manage Syon-branded merchandise, including inventory management and coordinating design and ordering for client and firm use
- Manage the CEO’s weekly schedule to ensure the CEO is prepared for the week ahead
- Proactively identify opportunities and suggest actions based on the CEO’s schedule; for example, flagging a trip to LA as a chance to meet with relevant contacts
- Coordinate executive travel
- Support personal and family related duties for the CEO as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property management and act as the office’s floor warden
- Keep the office stocked and supplied
- Coordinate logistics for the quarterly team on-site
- Run point on physical tech issues and hardware needs
What you have
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience; prior internship experience will be considered toward the 1-year minimum OR currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026
- Comfortable working in person, in an office environment
- General familiarity with Microsoft 365
