Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All listed are to be done in accordance to conduct outlined in Buick GMC & Ford Autoworld employee handbook. These duties and responsibilities are to be performed for the Service Manager and are not intended to be the only responsibilities to be performed. Other items can be added at managements discretion at any time.

Job Description

• Automotive Technician Apprentice perform maintenance work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership policy & procedure.
• Automotive Technician Apprentice will work with shop foreman when performing vehicle repairs.
• Automotive Technician Apprentice will undergo 2 weeks of training on all equipment that will be utilized to service vehicles.
• In down time all technicians will learn to maintain and care for all shop equipment while keeping their work area clean and ready for the next vehicle to be serviced. .

Requirements

• Must have a valid in state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be team oriented, motivated, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Must be willing to submit and successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Work experience in the automotive fieled preferred
