We’re looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking team members to join our Marco’s Pizza restaurants!

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll help create the great food and great experience our customers expect from Marco’s. Whether you’re making pizzas, helping customers, answering phones, or keeping the restaurant clean, every team member plays an important role in our success.

• $12–$14 per hour, based on experience

• Plus tip share

• Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude

• Provide fast, accurate, and professional service

• Answer the phone promptly and professionally

• Listen to customers and work to resolve concerns

• Make every customer feel welcome

• Prepare products according to Marco’s standards

• Follow recipes, portion requirements, and food-safety procedures

• Make sure every order is accurate and meets our quality standards

• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices

• Take pride in serving fresh, great-tasting food

• Work together and help wherever you are needed

• Communicate clearly with your teammates and managers

• Be willing to learn different positions throughout the restaurant

• Help your teammates succeed

• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and presentable

• Complete cleaning and stocking tasks throughout the shift

• Maintain clean workstations and equipment

• Follow opening, closing, and shift-cleaning procedures

• Arrive on time and ready to work

• Maintain a dependable attendance record

• Stay productive throughout your shift

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Take responsibility for your work

• Be willing to step up and help when the team needs you
