Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off each week

We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Representative to join our 24x7x365 Tier 1 Help Desk team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their IT career.

Prior Help Desk experience is not required. We value curiosity, problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

• Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and service portal.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, hardware, printers, connectivity, and application issues.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Research and resolve technical problems or escalate when needed.
• Follow Help Desk procedures and security requirements.
• Work effectively with customers and team members.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research unfamiliar issues.
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching.
• Customer service, technical training, certifications, internships, or personal IT projects are a plus.
