Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and courteous service

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service

- Assist residents with their dining needs, ensuring a positive experience

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment

- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service orientation and a caring attitude

- Dependability and a professional appearance

- Ability to work daytime shifts, including weekends

- Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate service
