This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Interventional Radiology Scheduler - FT based in United States.

This role supports the day-to-day administrative coordination of an Interventional Radiology department. You will help patients navigate their appointments and serve as an important point of contact throughout the scheduling process. The position combines appointment scheduling, telephone support, patient reception, and general administrative responsibilities. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for creating a smooth and compassionate patient experience. You will work as part of a collaborative healthcare team where accuracy, responsiveness, and empathy directly support quality care. Accountabilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently, helping ensure that patients receive timely access to Interventional Radiology services.
  • Route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments, caregivers, or resources while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
  • Receive and assist patients as part of the department’s administrative operations, providing clear information and a welcoming experience.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks required to support the effective daily operation of the Interventional Radiology department.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring that relevant information is understood and handled appropriately.
  • Use basic computer systems and administrative tools to complete scheduling, communication, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Support a caring, collaborative workplace by contributing to efficient workflows and maintaining a patient-centered approach in all interactions.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to read and communicate effectively in English is essential for interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required, including the ability to work with standard computer systems and administrative applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and team members.
  • Good organization, attention to detail, and reliability are valuable for managing appointment scheduling and multiple administrative responsibilities.
  • A patient-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment are important for success in the role.
  • Additional language skills are preferred and may help support communication with a broader range of patients and communities.
