Hourly $18 - $22 guaranteed base pay + bonus opportunities

Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist.

You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic, fun personality who is not afraid to make 50-100 calls a day.

What are we offering:

• Part-time with flexible hours and schedule
• Office hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm, with the occasional changes based on need of the agency
• Base hourly pay plus several bonus opportunities
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you

What are the requirements?

• Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
• Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport!
