Automotive Service BDC in Nampa, Idaho at Treasure Valley Subaru

Treasure Valley Subaru is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service BDC Representative to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be an important connection between our customers and our service department. You’ll help customers schedule appointments, answer questions, follow up on service needs, and make sure every interaction with our dealership starts off on the right foot.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service needs
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Provide customers with basic information about dealership service offerings
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in dealership systems
• Work closely with service advisors and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow up with customers and help maintain strong relationships
• Deliver friendly, professional service during every customer interaction

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
