- Manage vehicle cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish
- Present financing, leasing, protection products, and other available options to customers
- Work with financial institutions to secure appropriate financing options for customers
- Ensure all finance and sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Act as a liaison between Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware and Performance Columbus Accounting
- Work closely with the sales team and management to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork
- Build positive relationships with customers, lenders, and fellow team members

- High school diploma or GED
- Automotive sales and/or finance experience
- Prior automotive finance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to provide a professional and customer-focused experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
