Mealtimes are an important part of community life. We are seeking a Dietary Aide who will help create a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Do
• Assist with meal preparation, plating, serving, and dining room setup according to menus and assigned duties.
• Follow resident diet orders, texture modifications, allergy precautions, and dining instructions as communicated by the appropriate team member.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment as assigned.
• Stock and organize food, supplies, and dining items; report shortages or concerns.

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred unless otherwise required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented dining environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Preferred Experience
• Previous food service, senior living, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
