The Busser is responsible for providing the guest with a positive dining experience through excellent organization skills, professional and positive manner while assisting other team members maintain, clear and reset tables. Main Responsibilities:Provide excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual § Maintain, clear and reset tables quickly and efficientlyAssist with delivery of bread and water servicePre-bus and maintains tables, consistently throughout shiftStock and maintain side stationsStocks and maintain clean glassware, flatware and work areas throughout the restaurantStock and maintain linen pars and levelsRespond to guest requests in a clear and polite mannerComplete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basisAssist other team members as necessaryStock and maintain cleanliness of restroomsComplete additional tasks as assigned by the management teamKeep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team membersFollow all company policies as outlined in company handbook Accountabilities:Addresses all guests in a manner consistent with company standards in providing quality product and serviceTakes all actions with the guest’s best interest in mind, to build new business and avoid guest complaintsAdheres to all Busser expectations as defined in the training manual at 100% Requirements: Read, understand and speak English. Able to communicate clearly and concisely § Able to stand for an eight-hour shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves Able to climb stairs and ladders Able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets and other items § Able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest Able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment
