Position: Sales Samples Associate

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:

The Sales Sample Associate is responsible for distributing samples to sales reps, showrooms and corporate trade show display.

Responsibilities:

• Receipt of samples
• Label generation
• Label, collate and pack sample decks
• Assemble and ship kits within determined deadlines
• Assist in trade show preparation
• Assist in maintaining sample area inventories. Update and monitor samples and decks.
• Pick and pack inventory from warehouse as necessary
• Fulfillment of accommodation and employee orders
• Assist with on-site trade show set up, sales and tear down
• Assist in order form generation

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Good manual dexterity
• Must be accurate, detail oriented, able to work independently and effectively
