Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry in state of Wisconsin required within 1 year of employment.
Position Summary
Rehabilitation Aides work under the supervision of the Physical Therapy Manager and provide support to all services provided in the Rehabilitation Services Department.
Essential Job Functions
- Assists therapy staff as needed.
- Efficiently clean and maintain rehabilitation services spaces including equipment and treatment rooms, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Efficiently order supplies and stock rehabilitation services spaces including equipment and treatment rooms.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate levels of inventory of linens, materials, and supplies.
- Participate in ongoing performance improvement and quality surveillance.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the continued viability and success of the department and the organization.

Requirements:Education
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) : Required
License & Certification
- Maintain valid Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry. If not currently a CNA, will complete coursework to obtain certification within 1 one year of hire and maintain thereafter.
