This is an exciting opportunity to shape organizational growth, develop future leaders, and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a multi-regional field sales and partnerships organization, overseeing regional managers and their respective teams.
  • Build strong leadership capabilities across the organization through coaching, performance management, structured development, and talent reviews.
  • Establish and maintain consistent operating standards across regions, including territory planning, onboarding, hiring, execution quality, and KPI management.
  • Translate organizational strategies into scalable, actionable field initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Spend regular time in the field observing team performance, reinforcing best practices, and delivering targeted coaching and feedback.
  • Support enterprise-level healthcare partnerships by collaborating closely with field teams and internal stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
  • Engage directly with senior healthcare system leaders to strengthen relationships, solve operational challenges, and guide strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with enablement, operations, growth, product, clinical, and marketing teams to improve processes and scale successful initiatives.
  • Identify emerging leaders and contribute to hiring, succession planning, and organizational growth strategies.
  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, operational rigor, and patient-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing managers within large-scale, field-based sales or partnerships organizations.
  • Strong leadership background in high-growth environments, preferably within healthcare or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable systems, operational processes, and high-performing distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise or health system partnerships and engaging with senior external stakeholders.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people development skills with strong talent assessment capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, territory strategy, sales operations, and KPI-driven execution.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and rapid organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level initiatives into repeatable field execution.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven team cultures.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 times per month as required.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote U.S.-based work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Opportunity to lead and shape a rapidly growing national sales and partnerships organization.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven company culture focused on healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities within a scaling organization.
  • Exposure to strategic enterprise partnerships and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams across operations, product, marketing, clinical, and growth strategy.
  • Competitive compensation package and long-term career advancement potential.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with strong leadership visibility and impact.
