- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives within wellness, metabolic health, and digital care programs.
- Lead the development and refinement of digital clinical products aligned with evidence-based clinical guidelines and healthcare best practices.
- Oversee clinical care delivery operations and ensure consistent implementation of high-quality clinical standards across the organization.
- Establish and maintain clinical governance frameworks, including the development of advisory boards and clinical review processes.
- Review, approve, and optimize clinical protocols for asynchronous and telehealth care platforms.
- Lead clinical efficacy studies and contribute to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives.
- Support enterprise growth efforts by engaging with partners, clients, payors, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product, growth, and data teams to align clinical innovation with business strategy.
- Drive care delivery innovation initiatives focused on scalability, operational excellence, and improved patient outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Stay informed on emerging healthcare trends, including advancements in digital health, metabolic care, nutrition, fitness, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare technology.
- Translate complex clinical and scientific developments into practical, accessible guidance for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- MD or DO degree with specialization in endocrinology strongly preferred.
- At least one unrestricted and active medical license in the United States.
- Strong expertise in obesity medicine, metabolic care, digital health products, and virtual care delivery models.
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing clinical care delivery teams and healthcare operations.
- Proven experience conducting clinical research, efficacy studies, and supporting HEOR initiatives.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical guideline development.
- Experience collaborating with payors, enterprise clients, strategic partners, and cross-functional business teams.
- Strong operational, procedural, and documentation skills with the ability to build scalable clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including translating complex medical information for broad audiences.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving healthcare and technology environments.
- Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams in collaborative settings.

- Competitive salary range of $264,000–$300,000 annually, based on experience and location.
