Accountabilities:

Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives within wellness, metabolic health, and digital care programs.

Oversee clinical care delivery operations and ensure consistent implementation of high-quality clinical standards across the organization.
Establish and maintain clinical governance frameworks, including the development of advisory boards and clinical review processes.
Review, approve, and optimize clinical protocols for asynchronous and telehealth care platforms.
Lead clinical efficacy studies and contribute to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives.
Support enterprise growth efforts by engaging with partners, clients, payors, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product, growth, and data teams to align clinical innovation with business strategy.
Drive care delivery innovation initiatives focused on scalability, operational excellence, and improved patient outcomes.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Stay informed on emerging healthcare trends, including advancements in digital health, metabolic care, nutrition, fitness, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare technology.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree with specialization in endocrinology strongly preferred.
At least one unrestricted and active medical license in the United States.
