This role is focused on driving strategic growth within the Pulp & Paper industry by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with key industrial end users. You will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner, shaping account strategies that expand market presence and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. The position sits at the intersection of sales, industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead efforts to identify new opportunities, influence customer decision-making, and position a full portfolio of industrial solutions. Operating in a highly strategic and relationship-driven environment, you will help define how value is delivered across complex customer organizations. This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional with deep industrial experience who thrives in developing large-scale, high-impact customer partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Pulp & Paper industry, ensuring achievement of growth, penetration, and performance targets.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key end users, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor at multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop and execute industry-specific growth strategies aligned with broader business objectives and portfolio capabilities.
  • Collaborate across product lines and business units to deliver integrated solutions spanning aftermarket, OEM, and service offerings.
  • Partner with internal teams including sales, engineering, operations, finance, and distribution to ensure seamless customer execution.
  • Lead and support strategic commercial negotiations, including pricing, proposals, and contract development.
  • Capture and translate customer insights and feedback into actionable improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a disciplined sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective opportunity progression.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, engineering, or account management roles.
  • Strong background working with industrial customers, ideally within Pulp & Paper or related heavy industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage long-term strategic customer relationships.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial agreements and contract structures.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decisions and drive profitable growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and consultative approach.
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and capable of working independently in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

  • Competitive salary range of $152,000 to $171,000 depending on experience.
