This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a global consulting practice at the intersection of supply chain transformation, data, and AI-driven analytics. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering advanced supply chain and sustainability solutions to multinational clients, helping them optimize operations, improve resilience, and embed data-driven decision-making across their organizations. The role combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on engagement in complex client environments, ensuring measurable business impact. You will define service offerings, drive innovation in analytics and AI applications, and guide the development of scalable consulting methodologies. Working in a fast-evolving, international consulting environment, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across industries. This position is ideal for a leader who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong analytical and digital transformation capabilities.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a global consulting practice focused on supply chain analytics, sustainability, and AI-driven transformation for multinational clients.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for supply chain and data services, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes in supply chain optimization, resilience, and sustainability performance.
  • Guide the design and implementation of advanced analytics, AI models, and data-driven decision frameworks across client organizations.
  • Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Develop scalable methodologies, service offerings, and best practices for supply chain analytics and sustainability consulting.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal creation, client pitches, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in supply chain, sustainability, data analytics, and AI to inform service innovation.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, operations consulting, data analytics, or related advisory roles, ideally within a global consulting environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivering large-scale transformation projects for multinational clients.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain analytics, planning, optimization, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, AI/ML applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of sustainability practices and their integration into modern supply chain strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in client relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations and executable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Experience in business development, proposal writing, or consulting sales is highly valued.
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
