About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Manager to oversee our operations in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be expected to lead by example, setting the tone for your team and ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their work. Your ultimate goal will be to drive profitability and growth, while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in the Accommodation and Food Services industry
• Proven track record of driving profitability and growth
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume establishment
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Experience with staff training and development
• Experience with marketing and promotions

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
