Overview

This full-time position is remote and open to candidates residing within the Mid and South-Atlantic region. Travel to the corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA will be required on an as-needed basis.

Key enterprise leader responsible for partnering across senior leadership and cross functional teams to deliver transformative business outcomes. The Program Manager creates and drives enterprise strategies that drive efficiency, accelerate delivery, enhance customer experience, and enable revenue growth across lines of business, ensuring alignment with the corporate vision and strategic priorities.



Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior level leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable portfolios and OKRs, accelerates delivery through modern product and platform operating models and embeds governance that enhances speed, quality and risk control and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Accountable for defining and implementing strategies across segments and/or enterprise, this leader prioritizes initiatives that maximize impact and foster enterprise-wide collaboration and execute strategy. Partnering closely with senior leadership across all lines of business and enterprise functions, the Program Manager ensures consistent alignment between the company’s brand promise and the delivery of enabling capabilities.
  • Manages and develops strategies, including leadership of strategic partnerships and other initiatives that drive sustainable growth and efficiency. This position requires a visionary leader who combines strategic agility, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of customer-centric practices to achieve measurable business results.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Define strategic framework that provides clear direction and focus aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategies that drive speed & productivity, cost & efficiency, quality & control and client satisfaction while enabling enterprise growth. Lead or participate in enterprise-level initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics, industry trends and benchmarking, and business performance to identify needs and influence decision-making. Translate insight into actionable strategies that drive Operational Excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Execution: Lead M&A and integration strategy and delivery across business segments. Serve as a change leader to support transformation and innovation across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve turnaround times. Drive transformation of traditional operational processes through digital solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Technology & Data Transformation: Partner with IT and Data teams to lead automation, optimization, and transformation initiatives. Partner to establish and implement enterprise data and technology strategy and transformation.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, accounting or related. (Required)

Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business or equivalent. (Preferred)

Experience

15 or more years banking/financial services management in Operations and Technology (Required)

10 or more years executive leadership in strategy development and program and portfolio management (Required)

5 or more years strong financial and regulatory acumen, with proficiency in driving operational excellence (Required)

5 or more years experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders (Required)

3 or more years experience leading cross functional teams to achieve transformational impact (Required)
