This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced analytics and insights professional passionate about driving data-informed decision-making within complex specialty healthcare portfolios. In this role, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to field and business leaders across Neuroscience and Rare Disease programs, translating advanced analytics into actionable recommendations that shape commercial and operational strategies. You will lead integrated insights initiatives across multiple brands and assets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise priorities. The position offers extensive cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, analytics teams, and portfolio leadership while overseeing high-impact initiatives that support business growth and field effectiveness. - Provide strategic leadership for integrated field insights and analytics initiatives across Neuroscience and Rare Disease portfolios.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for field leadership and business stakeholders, delivering proactive and decision-oriented insights.
- Translate complex data, market trends, and field intelligence into actionable recommendations that support portfolio, brand, and commercial strategies.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of standardized analytics frameworks, methodologies, and key business question (KBQ) approaches across multiple assets and brands.
- Oversee field data strategy initiatives, ensuring analytics outputs are scalable, relevant, and aligned with evolving business and operational needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics capability teams, portfolio leadership, field operations, and commercial stakeholders to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Drive prioritization and execution across analytics programs, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead insights and analytics representation within cross-functional PODs and SQUADs, influencing strategic discussions and business trade-off decisions.
- Provide people leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to direct reports while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting, strategic narratives, and portfolio performance updates to senior leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare analytics, commercial insights, strategy, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of specialty healthcare portfolios and complex multi-brand or multi-asset environments.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership and driving strategic decisions through integrated insights and analytics.
- Proven ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Experience developing and implementing analytics frameworks, data strategies, forecasting models, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership audiences.
- Prior people leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, market research, customer insights, and healthcare data ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Experience with tools and methodologies related to data science, machine learning, forecasting, and business analytics is considered an advantage.
- Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 15% as needed.
- Competitive salary range between $185,500 and $344,500 annually.
