  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data democratization initiatives across business functions.
  • Oversee strategic vendor relationships, cloud optimization initiatives, and enterprise data investment strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing data leadership talent while fostering a culture of acceleration, accountability, and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within enterprise data organizations, including at least 5 years at the VP or senior executive level.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and data science functions.
  • Strong background in enterprise data architecture, data platform design, schema modeling, and scalable data engineering practices.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, orchestration frameworks, semantic modeling, and modern data infrastructure concepts.
  • Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
