Accountabilities:
  • Lead comprehensive audits of finance processes to identify inefficiencies, manual workflows, operational risks, and automation opportunities across accounting, reporting, and financial operations.
  • Design and execute a structured finance transformation roadmap focused on AI adoption, workflow automation, operational scalability, and improved reporting capabilities.
  • Implement AI-powered finance solutions using modern technologies and automation platforms to optimize payroll, reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Evaluate current ERP and financial systems architecture, assess future scalability requirements, and recommend enhancements, integrations, or platform upgrades.
  • Develop automated reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards that provide leadership with actionable business and financial insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, data, technology, and business teams to improve financial data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across finance functions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to finance transformation, automation success, process efficiency, and reporting quality.
  • Support organizational change management efforts by promoting adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices within finance teams.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven and AI-enabled finance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, finance operations, or digital finance initiatives within mid-sized or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven experience leading finance automation projects and implementing scalable process improvements across finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial platforms, data integration, and financial reporting structures.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve finance workflows and operational performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex operational challenges and design practical, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology-enabled businesses or SaaS environments is highly valued.
