This role sits at the forefront of next-generation AI product development, focused on building intelligent, conversational shopping experiences powered by agentic systems. You will define how an AI agent interprets user intent, reasons through complex contexts, and executes end-to-end workflows across web, mobile, and messaging platforms. Working in a fast-paced zero-to-one environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to shape core product behavior and strategy. The role blends product vision, AI system understanding, and deep user experience thinking to create natural, high-converting interactions. You will play a central role in defining how conversational AI translates into real-world actions and measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly shape the future of AI-driven commerce experiences.
- Own the product roadmap for agentic and conversational AI experiences across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
- Translate ambiguous user intent into structured product requirements, AI behaviors, and end-to-end interaction flows.
- Partner closely with engineering teams on agent architecture, including reasoning, retrieval, orchestration, and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with design teams to define intuitive multimodal interactions, guided experiences, and robust error-handling flows.
- Define and track key product metrics including engagement, task completion, conversion, and revenue impact, running continuous experimentation cycles.
- Build feedback loops with early users, customers, and partners to continuously refine agent performance and experience quality.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, speed, and consistency in product execution.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in product management within consumer technology, AI-driven products, or platform-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, conversational AI, or intelligent workflow products.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Deep understanding of user experience design in unstructured, conversational, or exploratory environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on system design, ML-driven features, or scalable backend architectures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and iterating based on data.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one product environments with high ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around product vision.
