Account Executive Hunter

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead strategic outbound initiatives and drive business growth in a dynamic B2B environment. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing complex enterprise deals. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and strategic partners to identify new opportunities and build long-term client relationships. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations with confidence. Accountabilities:
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
  • Engage with cold, warm, and reactivated leads to expand the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, negotiation, proposal presentation, and closing.
  • Conduct consultative sales processes focused on understanding client needs and positioning tailored solutions and projects.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline using CRM tools and structured follow-up practices.
  • Develop demand generation and account reactivation strategies to increase market reach and conversion opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise and corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and strategic partners to align sales initiatives and maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong sales discipline, urgency, and consistency in pipeline management and customer engagement activities.
  • Participate in in-person client meetings and relationship-building initiatives when required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, software, or service-based industries.
  • Strong background managing complex sales processes with long sales cycles and enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline development.
  • Ability to conduct negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and high-level decision-makers.
  • Knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales approaches and solution-oriented selling strategies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, resilience, and proactive mindset in high-performance sales environments.
  • Availability for occasional in-person meetings with clients and business partners.
  • Experience with SPIN Selling methodology is considered a plus.
