LPN Needed in Deer Park for Pediatric Weekend Day Shift in Deer Park, New York at Christian Nursing Registry Inc.

Patient is a 9-year old female with a history of kidney transplant who requires ongoing nursing supervision and support in the home setting. She receives supplemental nutrition and hydration through a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) but also eats by mouth.

She is verbal, ambulatory, and highly active. She enjoys engaging with her environment and participating in daily activities. Due to her activity level and medical history, she requires close supervision to ensure her safety, adherence to her care plan, and prompt recognition of any changes in condition.

Shifts Avail:
• Day - Saturday 6:30am - 7:30pm

Payrates: $33/hour

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
