This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Aviation based in the United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling next-generation aviation and autonomous drone capabilities.
You will sit at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, cloud software, and aviation operations, translating complex technical and regulatory constraints into a clear product strategy.
The role plays a key part in defining roadmap priorities for an evolving aviation ecosystem, balancing speed, safety, compliance, and customer value.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable product experience.
A strong focus of the role is understanding aviation users and workflows, and turning those insights into actionable product direction.
You will operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where decisions directly influence product performance and real-world operations.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a product leader passionate about autonomous systems and complex technical problem-solving.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of aviation users, operational workflows, and stakeholder needs across drone and aerial operations environments.
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, translating regulatory, market, and customer dynamics into clear priorities and delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to lead end-to-end technical initiatives spanning hardware, embedded systems, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Own prioritization and sequencing of product development efforts, balancing short-term execution with long-term aviation product vision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, legal, compliance, customer success, and GTM teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
  • Lead product discovery and decision-making conversations, ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex aviation and regulatory constraints into clear, actionable requirements and product direction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management within complex technical environments involving hardware, software, and integrated systems.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced settings and translate incomplete information into structured product strategy.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, roadmap planning, and delivery execution.
  • Ability to understand and work within regulated environments, ideally including aviation, robotics, or autonomous systems.
  • Strong customer insight and ability to connect user needs with scalable product solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage in architecture discussions and guide informed product decisions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across complex organizations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 – $190,000 plus equity (stock options).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off, including flexible PTO and company holidays.
  • Fully paid parental leave and family-building support benefits.
  • Remote flexibility within the United States, with access to key innovation hubs.
  • Home office, WFH, and productivity stipends to support remote work setup and tools.
  • Strong learning, wellness, and mental health benefits including coaching and therapy support.
  • Inclusive workplace culture with employee resource groups and strong emphasis on diversity and belonging.
