Job Description
Answer calls and serve as the liaison between clients and Service Technicians as well as between the Company and its vendors. Schedule service appointments. Follow up with customers.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Welcomes customers by greeting them, on the telephone or email for all inbound service inquiries.
· Scheduling and logistics of both company personnel, and equipment.
· Customer calls and emails.
· Interface with manufactures for troubleshooting advice, ordering, RMA coordination, payments, returns, shipping.
· Client invoice creation and follow-up.
· Scheduling daily service calls, annual inspections, etc...
· Hourly CRM updates.
· Daily estimates, invoices and payment follow up.
· Creates reports on service work.
· Assist clients with advanced service issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Fun and happy personality.
· Must be able to smile through the phone.
· Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Supply Management.
· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and general computer usage.
· Very organized.
Preferred Skills:
· Solar knowledge (customer or work experience)
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
· Associates Degree or higher.
· Knowledge of Basecamp and Salesforce software.
