Mandarin teacher for children in Shenzhen, China in Shenzhen at Global LT

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring Mandarin Language Teachers to provide face-to-face customized lessons to our clients in Shenzhen, China.

Job Information:

• Reference Number: 197975/197976
• Students: Two individual classes for children (ages 14 and 16)
• Lesson frequency: They want several classes a week and the schedule will be changed to once or twice a week since September
• Class duration: 1-2 hours for each class back-to-back
• Availability: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs between 8:00 am and 4:00pm or Fri between 8:00am and 12:00pm during summer holiday
• Current target language level: Intermediate
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Location: At their home in 深圳泰格壹棠服务公寓, 深圳市南山区蛇口南海大道1033
• Learning Goals: Reading, writing, and speaking the proper Chinese language. They want to learn how to read and write in Chinese along with fluently speaking the language.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• University degree and language teaching experience
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
• Must have experience teaching children
