In this high-impact, hunter-focused sales role, you will drive new business and revenue growth across the hospital pharmacy and healthcare technology market. You will own the full sales cycle for a leading SaaS solution, targeting VP and Director-level stakeholders within hospitals and integrated delivery networks. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and clinical strategy teams to build pipeline and close deals. The role requires a strong ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations while clearly articulating product value and differentiation. You will be responsible for consistently achieving revenue targets while expanding market presence in a mission-driven healthcare technology space. This is an opportunity to directly impact medication safety and operational efficiency across healthcare systems nationwide.

Accountabilities
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close for SaaS solutions within the hospital pharmacy market.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas by building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate new business using outbound strategies, tools, and cross-functional support from marketing and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including clinical strategy, sales leadership, and implementation teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer transition.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging tailored to senior healthcare decision-makers.
  • Manage CRM data accurately, including forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account planning using Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor positioning.
Requirements

You bring solid experience in SaaS sales with a strong “hunter” mindset and the ability to operate independently in complex, consultative sales environments. You are highly motivated by targets, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and skilled at translating technical value into business outcomes.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2–3 years in BDR or inside sales roles.
  • Proven success in new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations, hospitals, or IDNs is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic relationship development.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and disciplined sales process execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.
