This role sits at the intersection of legal expertise, technology consulting, and enterprise systems integration, supporting some of the most advanced law firms and legal organizations.
You will design and implement complex integration solutions that connect multiple legal and business platforms, enabling better data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic insight.
The position requires close collaboration with legal and technology teams within large Am Law 200 environments to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
You will also contribute to data management initiatives, ensuring quality, security, and compliance across mission-critical systems.
A key aspect of the role involves leveraging analytics, automation, and emerging technologies such as generative AI to modernize legal operations.
This is a highly consultative and impact-driven position where you will influence both technical architecture and strategic decision-making.

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions across diverse enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with both technical architecture and business objectives in legal environments.
- Collaborate with law firm stakeholders and internal teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
- Drive data management and governance initiatives, ensuring high standards of data quality, compliance, security, and usability across systems.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and Power BI to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making and strategic reporting.
- Identify and implement opportunities for emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance legal workflows, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Manage complex, multi-year implementation roadmaps, including integration timelines, deployment planning, and cross-platform coordination.
- Present insights and thought leadership at industry events, conferences, and publications, including CIO roundtables and trade journals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale legal technology programs.
- 5+ years of experience in law firm, legal technology consulting, or legal industry-focused business analyst/practice solutions roles.
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale system implementations or enterprise technology rollouts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, integration, and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (3+ years) and Power BI (3+ years) in a professional environment.
- Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake or similar modern data management solutions (2+ years).
- Deep understanding of legal industry operations, challenges, and workflows within large law firms or legal organizations.
- Strong integration experience across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including generative AI and advanced data governance practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities, including ownership of multi-stakeholder, long-term implementation initiatives.
